Sports Performance

The Richard Bland Athletics Sports Performance program is designed to be sport specific, training the athletes to increase their ability for the sport they compete in. The focus is on helping individual athletes turn their weaknesses into strengths.

The program includes not just strength training, but also conditioning, speed and agility training, flexibility and nutritional guidance. The strength and conditioning program is also used to maximize student athletes potential by developing their character, work ethic, and discipline.
