The Statesmen, who ranks 15th nationally in scoring offense with 86.2 points per game, are coming off an 104-81 rout of Pitt Community College on Wednesday at home, while the Storm, who average 71.7 points per game, are coming off a 85-62 setback to second-ranked Louisburg.

Ashley Lee led the Storm in scoring with 21 points to go along with seven rebounds, following Robert Short who added 12 points off the bench.

Saturday will mark the second meeting between the conference foes. The Statesmen lead the all-time series 3-0, including a 92-64 advantage on Dec. 6th earlier this season.

Three players are averaging double-digits this season, led by sophomore forward Tavon Mealy (Armstrong). He is putting up 18.9 points per game, while freshman guard Reginald Moses (Henrico) and sophomore forward Avery Ugba (Silver Springs, MD) follow with 13.6 and 12.6 ppg, respectively.

Moses who posted a career-high and game-high 41 points vs. Pitt, has looked back to his old self after a shooting slump against Spartanburg Methodist.

Moses' 41 points are the most scored by any Richard Bland player since the program returned from a 20-year hiatus in 2013-14.
