Basketball Brings Joy to Area Children On Halloween Night

SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, Va. -- The Richard Bland College of William & Mary Men's Basketball team participated in a Trunk or Treat event at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Colonial Heights on Halloween night. This free event was attended by an estimated 1,000+ children and their families. This annual event held from 6pm - 8pm had decorated trunks to visit for treats, food for all who attended, games and prizes. The Statesmen joined people from all over the community to help ensure children in the area had a fun and safe place to trick or treat.
