Richard Bland Competes At Ted Keller Memorial In Ashland

ASHLAND, Va. -- Richard Bland College sophomore men's golf standout Frankie Lin/Kaohsiung City, Taiwan posted a 36-hole score of 78-75--153 to finish in a tie for 16th place individually at the Ted Keller Memorial hosted by Randolph-Macon College Monday and Tuesday at the 6,624-yard, par 70 Hanover Country Club in Ashland.  The Statesmen competed with three individuals at the 12-team, 69-player event.

Lin was followed by freshmen twins Matthew Hemstock/Midlothian (84-76--160, T-39th) and Alexander Hemstock/Midlothian (82-79--161, T-42nd).

Gettysburg (Pa.) College won the tournament with its 299-296--595, while GC's Daniel Harcourt was the individual medalist with his 69-70--139.
