Richard Bland Competes At The FTCC Trojan Invitational

BUIES CREEK, N.C. -- Richard Bland College sophomore men's golf standout Frankie Lin/Kaohsiung City, Taiwan posted a 36-hole score of 76-77--153 to finish in a tie for second place individually at the FTCC Trojan Invitational Saturday and Sunday at Campbell University's Keith Hills Golf Course in Buies Creek, North Carolina.  The Statesmen competed with three individuals at the 37-player event.

Lin was followed by freshmen twins Matt Hemstock/Midlothian (82-79--161, T-12th) and Alex Hemstock/Midlothian (84-94--178, T-30th).  Keith Hills GC played to par 71, 6,717 yards.

Richard Bland will play again on April 7-8 at the CCCC Cougar Classic in Spring Lake, North Carolina.
