STATESMEN DROP REGIONAL MATCH TO LOUISBURG DURING FINAL HOME GAME

Petersburg, VA, October 20, 2013- The Richard Bland Statesmen fell to the Hurricanes of Louisburg College by the score of 11-1. The Hurricanes out shot the Statesmen 28-4. The Statesmen fall to 4-10 overall and 1-10 in conference play.

Richard Bland's single score was made by Andrew Piner from an assist by Marcus Carter. The Statesmen will travel to play the remaining three games on the road in South Carolina. These games will complete the regular season schedule before the conference tournament.
