RICHARD BLAND'S LONE RUNNER FINISHES IN TOP FIVE AT VSU INVITE

Ettrick, VA, September 27, 2013- After not finishing the last meet at William & Mary, Ricardo Cabrera represented the Statesmen well by claiming fourth place at the VSU Invite on the campus of Virginia State University. "Ricardo competed at a high level today," added Head Cross Country Coach Matthew High. Ricardo finished the 8k (5 miles) with a time of 29:25.

Both Cross Country teams will compete next at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA this Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
