Women's Soccer to Host Open Tryouts on May 4

SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA -- If you are interested in playing soccer beyond club and high school, then the Richard Bland College Women's Soccer team would love to see you in action.

The women's soccer team will hold open tryouts on Saturday, May 4 at 10:45 a.m. at Statesmen Soccer Field. Interested parties should be high school seniors, graduated high school seniors, college transfers, homeschooled seniors, and high school or homeschooled juniors. 

Players are required to email RBC Women's Soccer Assistant Coach Meghan Mauzy (mmauzy@rbc.edu) to express their interest in participating in the tryout. To be allowed to try out, each player must show proof of insurance and have a complete physical conducted by a medical professional.

Please have all medical paperwork complete and submitted to Coach Meghan Mauzy (mmauzy@rbc.edu) by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 3.

Walk up requirements: In order to try out, you must meet the following criteria:

• Complete a physical prior to trying out 
• Provide proof of insurance
• Be a high school senior, graduated high school, a college transfer, a homeschooled senior, and a high school or homeschooled junior
