Beach Volleyball Earns Two Wins Over Eagles
SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College beach volleyball team moves to 7-2 overall, 6-0 in conference play after hosting Wake Technical Community College in a doubleheader this afternoon.
In match one, the Statesmen pairs defeated the Eagles 5-0.
Pairing 1: Sarah Heath and Karagyn Durco defeated the Eagles 21-11 and 21-11.
Pairing 2: Sophia Kaiser and Leilani Goggin defeated the Eagles 21-10 and 21-16.
Pairing 3: Rylie Harris and Jadyn Brown defeated the Eagles 21-11 and 21-9.
Pairing 4: Sydney Phillips and Morgan Green defeated the Eagles 21-4 and 21-9.
Pairing 5: Georgia Alexander and Jordan May defeated the Eagles 21-12 and 21-16.
In match two, the Statesmen pairs defeated the Eagles 5-0.

The Richard Bland College beach volleyball team next travel to Spartanburg Methodist College this weekend for the Pioneer Tournament. The Statesmen will face Spartanburg on Friday, March 10th at 3pm. On Saturday, Richard Bland will compete against Bryant & Stratton College (VA) at 9am and Gaston College at 1pm.
