Baseball Surpasses Season Win Record
SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College Baseball team finishes the season at 18-23 overall, 13-20 in conference play.
On Saturday, March 30th the baseball team surpassed the previous record of most wins in a season (12), after defeating Lenoir Community College in game two of the series, reaching the 13th win of the season. They continued their success and finished the season with 18 total wins including victories over Pitt Community College, Southeastern Community College-Whiteville, Fayetteville Technical Community College, and Brunswick Community College.
Matthew Boyd also leaves Richard Bland with the Career Record in Strike Outs with 93, and Innings Pitched with 91.2.
