Esports Goes 3-0 Last Week

SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College Esports team competed in three separate titles last week to include: Marvel Rivals, Fortnite No-Build, and Fortnite Build. Last week, the Statesmen faced Seward County Community College, Finger Lakes Community College, and North Central Missouri College.
On March 3rd the Marvels Rivals group of Isaac Bates, Zack Brooks, Makayla Chapman, Jayden Robbins, Malachi Stubbs, and DeAndre Taylor defeated Seward County Community College, 3-1 in their match.
On March 3rd the Fortnite No-Build pair of Jayden Robbins and DeAndre Taylor defeated Finger Lakes Community College once again, but this time 2-1.
On March 4th the Fortnite Build pair of Trent Callaham and Jayden Robbins defeated North Central Missouri College in a 2-1 match.
The Valorant group of Andrew Barr, Andrew Basham, Dorien Diggs, Cedric Moore Jr., and Malachi Stubbs did not compete last week.
At the conclusion of next week's matchups, scores will be announced for the entire week for each title.
The Richard Bland College Esports team will pick back up with competition on March 17th for Marvels Rivals and Fortnite No-Build matches.
