STATESMEN COME UP SHORT AGAINST USC-LANCASTER

Petersburg, VA, September 22, 2013- Richard Bland found themselves in a hole early as Anthony Cutrone from USC-Lancaster came away with a hat-trick in the first half to lead the Lancers over the Statesmen 7-0. The Statesmen could never get any offense going despite making a valiant effort against the visitors.

The Statesmen (2-4, 0-4) will host the Sea Devils of Cape Fear Community College on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2;00 p.m. at Statesman Field in  a regional match.
