Building Physical Sustainability to Tolerate the Demands of Competition

Every training session is designed to address our student athletes development regarding speed, strength, power, mobility, balance, flexibility, postural strength and general athleticism. Every movement contained in a sport specific action whether in running, jumping, throwing, kicking, catching or tumbling activities, demands that the athlete express some form of force production, force reduction, and forced stabilization ,we will strive to achieve this level of comprehension through consistent exposure to well instructed and properly executed fundamental movement skills.
 
Confidence can come from a variety of sources depending upon the individual and the moment, however the most consistent source of confidence is preparation. When you put in the hours upon hours of effort and study and trial and error to be the best you can be, you maximize your chances to perform to your capability. As a result of that preparation, your confidence level will be primed to help you meet the challenges you face.
