NNAJI RECORD LIFETIME PERSONAL BEST AT CAPTAIN'S CLASSIC

NEWPORT NEWS, VA, April 19, 2014- The Statesmen Track and Field programs had  solid performances at Christopher Newport University even when the weather did not cooperate. Cassandra Nnaji recorded a lifetime personal best in the discus with a distance of 29.05 meters placing her ninth out of 14 throwers, she also placed fifth overall out of the same amount of competitors in the shot put with a distance of 9.88 meters.
