VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- Richard Bland College earned its second women's volleyball victory this season with a 3-0 road win at Regent University on Tuesday night in Virginia Beach.  Sophomore Alexis Lyons/Prince George led the visiting Statesmen (2-12), who took the sets by scores of 25-12, 25-23 and 25-20, with nine digs, five kills, five assists and two service aces, while freshman Kendall Clark/Virginia Beach had 15 digs and five service aces, and classmate Emma Eggleton/Chesterfield added 13 digs, 10 assists, seven kills and two service aces against the host Royals.  Richard Bland will return home to host Region X member Pitt (N.C.) Community College on Saturday, October 14, at 12 p.m. in Statesman Hall.

Richard Bland and Pitt met last month on September 18 in Winterville, North Carolina where the Bulldogs won 3-0 by set scores of 25-17, 25-7 and 25-20.
