SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA -- The Richard Bland College of William and Mary women's volleyball swept past Patrick Henry Community College in three sets, 25-16, 25-13, 25-19, on Thursday night at Statesman Hall.
With the victory, RBC improves improve to 9-4 overall and 6-1 in NJCAA competition. Thursday's match marked the first for the Statesmen since Hurricane Florence hit the east coast canceling the previous six matches. The Statesmen will next travel to Lenior for a match on Sept. 25 at 6 pm.
For RBC, Harper Smith led the way with 23 kills, Lauryn Basl posted 23 assists, and Emma Eggleton contributed 11 digs.
