SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA -- The Richard Bland College of William & Mary women's volleyball team continued its last season push, winning its 10th consecutive match over visiting Bryant & Stratton on Friday night at Statesman Hall.
On Sophomore Night, the Statesmen made quick work of the Bobcats, winning 3-0 (25-12, 25-16, 25-20). Prior to the contest, the program recognized its sophomore class, Lauryn Basl, Caitlin Stout, Cassi Jencik, Cortney Bowen, Oshyn Barnes, Harper Smith and Emma Eggleton.
With the victory, RBC improves to 14-4 on the season, and will play two matches on Saturday against Monroe College and Northern Virginia Community College.
Clara Smith led RBC wotj 11 Kills and 2 blocks. Cortney Bowen added 9 kills and 3 blocks. Lauryn Basl had 20 assists.
