DUE TO IMPENDING WEATHER, BASKETBALL'S SATURDAY HOME GAME POSTPONED

PETERSBURG, Va., (Jan. 21, 2016) – Due to impending Winter Storm Jonas, which is expected to bring significant ice, snow and winds to the Mid-Atlantic Region starting mid-day Friday and into Saturday evening, Saturday afternoon's home men's basketball game between Richard Bland College and Lenoir Community College, has been postponed. The game has been rescheduled for Sunday, Jan. 31 at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday's game was set to honor newly elected Hall of Famers Ron Harris and John Thomas along with recognizing returning alumni. Those festivities will now take place on Feb. 6 when the Statesmen host Catawba Valley Community College at 3:00 p.m.

There has been no change to Richard Bland's next game, an away contest at Bryant & Stratton College on Sunday, Jan. 24 at 3:00 p.m.
