SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland men and women indoor track and field teams traveled to Virginia Beach, VA Saturday afternoon for the Oceanfront Invitational, hosted by Virginia Wesleyan, at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.

Jeremy Jones: Long Jump 3^rd place – 21'10"

Patrick Taylor: Shot Put 14^th place – 31'1", Weight Throw 6^th place – 43'9.75"

Women:

Akira Hamilton: 60 Meters 3^rd place – 7.69, 200 Meters 9^th place – 26.25

Janiya Washington: 200 Meters 32^nd place – 29.14, 400 Meters 14^th place – 1:07.34

Katelyn Griffin: Long Jump 6^th place – 16'3"
