CNU Qualifier Results

SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland men and women indoor track and field teams traveled to Newport News, Virginia Sunday afternoon for the CNU Qualifier, hosted by Christopher Newport University.

Men:

Colby Kynard: 400 Meters 5^th place – 51.93

Zion Richardson-Keys: 400 Meters 6^th place – 52.28

Peter Barnett: 800 Meters 4^th place – 2:01.27

Deonte Harris: Triple Jump 4^th place – 44'7"

4x400 Relay 4^th place – 3:40.84 : Colby Kynard, Deonte Harris, Peter Barnett, Zion Richardson-Keys

Women:

Akira Hamilton: 60 Meters 1^st place – 7.68

Lee'nesa Whittaker: 60 Meters 2^nd place – 7.69, 200 Meters 3^rd place – 27.14

Haniyyah Johnson: Long Jump 1^st place – 18'10"

Next up for the Richard Bland track and field team is NJCAA Indoor Nationals which will take place in Gainesville, Florida on Friday, March 1^st and Saturday, March 2^nd. More information will be announced soon.
