SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College of William and Mary Women's Volleyball team moves to 18-8 overall as they defeated Surry Community College this afternoon in the Region X Division II semifinal match and fell to Cape Fear Community College this evening in the Region X Division II championship game.
The Statesmen battled in 5 sets to defeat Surry CC in the semifinal match of the tournament. The set scores are as follows; 25-20, 22-25, 21-25, 25-20, and 17-15.
The championship match consisted of #1 Cape Fear and #3 Richard Bland. Richard Bland fell short in three straight sets. The set scores are as follows; 22-25, 14-25, 18-25.

The Richard Bland College women's volleyball team will play in a District game at Roane State Community College on Saturday November 6th.
